Information we collect
The Starlight Crane app collects none. It does not collect personal information, gameplay information, identifiers, diagnostics, usage data, or location data. Limited website analytics are described separately below.

Information stored on your device
The app stores information locally so your game can continue between sessions. This can include:
- Prize Shelf nicknames and accent choices
- Cabinet state, collected prizes, goals, and discoveries
- Selected difficulty, themes, stickers, and visual settings
- Local Arcade scores and personal bests
- Sound, haptic, welcome-screen, and accessibility preferences
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to the developer or any service.

Accounts and network services
Starlight Crane has no user accounts, login system, cloud identity, cloud synchronization, multiplayer service, or other network service. Prize Shelves are local player profiles, not online accounts.

Advertising, analytics, and purchases
The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other monetization. It does not use third-party advertising or analytics software.

Children's privacy
Starlight Crane is designed for warm, family-friendly play. Because the app collects no personal data and offers no accounts or network services, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.

Privacy-forward website analytics
Website analytics are separate from the offline Starlight Crane app. The production website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits to public pages. It does not use analytics cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, advertising profiles, or cross-site tracking.
Vercel may process the time of a visit, the public page path without URL query strings or fragments, the referring website or page, approximate location, and general browser, operating-system, and device categories. Vercel derives a temporary visitor hash from the incoming request, discards it after 24 hours, and cannot use it to recognize a visitor across different days or websites. Starlight Crane receives aggregated reports rather than personal profiles or raw IP addresses.
This limited information is used only to understand whether public website pages are being visited and which pages are useful. It is not sold or shared for advertising, and the website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, session replay, or advertising analytics.

Cookies, retention, and your controls
Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. When this website moved away from Google Analytics, it also began removing accessible legacy Google Analytics cookies and the old analytics preference stored by this site.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the website suppresses Vercel Web Analytics page-view events. Vercel's reporting window depends on the website's Vercel plan; Starlight Crane does not maintain a separate visitor-level analytics database.

Support email, changes, and contact
This website has no contact forms or third-party embeds. If you email support, the information in your message is used only to respond to your request.
If Starlight Crane's privacy practices change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect. Questions about privacy can be sent to bstoffer@gmail.com.
